A favourite of mine amongst the sparkling mead. Good for a pick me up when feeling low. The honey soothes and the ginger hits the spot.

It’s so hard to find a drink that isn’t overpowered by a ginger taste but this is fab, lught and refreshing. You have got the balance just right don’t ever change it. The ginger is very delicate and perfectly balanced by the honey.
