We have seen a fantastic increase in demand for mead over the 5 years we have been producing commercially. The growing trend is less about quantity and more about high quality, more interesting alcoholic beverages. Our mead is different to some mass-market offerings as we brew on strictly 100% honey and never bulk out our products with sugar, white wine or alcohol spirit. We believe that over time, the conscious consumer will choose the authentic product over a cheap imitation.
