Shipping policy

Once your order has been placed we aim to have it packed within 24 hours of purchasing. However, during our busier times (November, December and January) it can sometimes take 2-4 days. 

We ship via Parcelforce and their Express24 service, so it should arrive with you the next working day once packed and collected from us.

Bank Holidays may extend delivery time by 1 or 2 days. If your order is placed on a Friday it might not get packed until the Tuesday after the Bank Holiday Monday.
