Terms of service
Mead Making Courses
Cancellation: We can accept cancellations up to 14 days after the booking was made.
If you need to re-arrange, and your booking is more than 14 days old, we can move your booking to a future course, or an open-ended voucher.
Postponement: In the event the course needs to be postponed for reasons outside of our control, no new bookings will be taken until the current bookings have selected an alternative date. Current bookings have priority.
Online Orders
We endeavor to pack and ship your orders as quickly as possible. If your is placed before 1pm it will be dispatched the same day.
