Spiced Honey Rum
Small batch Spiced Honey Rum brewed in Wales, using our honey from the Wye Valley and a secret blend of spices. The result is a sweeter spiced rum with beautiful floral notes from the honey additions, and subtle spices that blend beautifully with the Rum undertones. Serve on the rocks, or with light mixers and tonics (a Sparkling Ginger Mead perhaps?)

We've been working away behind the scenes on an exciting new range of Honey Spirits brewed with our delicious honey from South Wales! The first of the range is an indulgent Spiced Honey Rum!
We brew the Molasses at the meadery and then take it over to be distilled by Spirit of Wales Distillery 14 miles away in Newport. We’re then able to use our experience from years of mead production to balance the honey and spices in the final spirit, allowing the natural sweetness to take centre stage.
Delivery information
Once your order has been placed we aim to have it packed within 24 hours of purchasing. However, during our busier times (November, December and January) it can sometimes take 2-4 days.
We ship via Parcelforce and their Express24 service, so it should arrive with you the next working day once packed and collected from us.
