Andy Clarke's - "Bees Mead" Recipe
Food & drink writer, broadcaster, event host, and expert cocktail maker Andy Clarke has created a delicious meady twist on the classic Bees Knees cocktail.
It's quite punchy, so there's the option to add some soda water if you fancy a long drink!
"Bees Mead"
- A handful of ice
- 2 parts (100ml) gin
- 3 parts (150ml) mead
- 1 part (50ml) lemon juice
- Optional, add soda water to make it into a long drink
- Lemon peel ringlet garnish
(Makes 2 servings)
Build in the glass, and stir (with a honey stirrer of course!)
