Recipe:
- 1 bottle of mead
- 1 cup of brandy
- 1 orange (sliced)
- 1 lemon (sliced)
- 1 apple (cored and diced)
- 1 cup of berries (strawberries, raspberries, etc.)
- 2-3 tbsp honey (optional, to taste)
- 1 cup of sparkling water or soda (optional)
Instructions:
- In a large pitcher, combine the mead, brandy, and honey (if using).
- Add the sliced fruit and berries.
- Stir well and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
- Before serving, add the sparkling water or soda for a bubbly effect.
- Serve in wine glasses over ice, with a slice of fruit as garnish.
