- 1 bottle of mead
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 2 cloves
- 1 orange (sliced)
- 1 star anise (optional)
- 1-2 tbsp honey (optional, to taste)
Instructions:
- Pour the mead into a saucepan.
- Add the spices and orange slices.
- Heat gently on low (do not boil) for about 20-30 minutes.
- Remove from heat and strain to remove the spices.
- Serve warm in mugs, garnished with an orange slice or a cinnamon stick.
