Batch 4 of our small batch series. Linking the parks of Bristol and Caldicot, the return leg of the Fierce & Noble collaboration is a mead Brewed on honey and foraged blackberries, dry hopped with Eclipse hops. Rich, fruity, slightly sour and hoppy with a sweet honey overtone.

A collaborative brew between Hive Mind Mead & brew Co in South Wales and Fierce & Noble Brewery in Bristol.  Using a farmhouse Saison yeast, and honey from the Hive Mind hives in the Wye Valley, this is a celebration of the summer season in a bottle. Light, funky, medium dry with a gentle aroma of honey and wildflower meadows.

Once your order has been placed we aim to have it packed within 24 hours of purchasing. However, during our busier times (November, December and January) it can sometimes take 2-4 days. 

We ship via Parcelforce and their Express24 service, so it should arrive with you the next working day once packed and collected from us.
