What is mead?
Mead is a honey-based alcoholic drink. one of the world’s oldest, naturally fermented from honey and water. This traditional style focuses on the pure, natural taste of real honey. We ferment our mead on 100% honey rather than using a base of white wine and sugar, ours is the real deal.
Tasting Notes:
Floral, medium-sweet, with gentle heather notes and a long, warming honeyed finish.
Perfect Pairings:
Enjoy with blue cheeses, charcuterie, or rich desserts. Also great in cocktails like a Mead Royale or Honey Old Fashioned, or served simply neat with or without ice.

It's a light refreshing drink, I've only had a couple of meads before and they're all from Denmark and to find one from so close to home was a delight.
