Nectar - Honey Pilsner
A crisp, refreshing pilsner brewed with premium Pilsner malt, noble hops and a generous helping of British honey. Nectar is our take on a classic European lager, combining traditional brewing techniques with the character of real honey to create a beer that's clean, balanced and incredibly drinkable.
Unlike beers made with sugar adjuncts, the honey isn't there to make Nectar sweet. It ferments alongside the malt, adding a subtle floral aroma, a smooth rounded body and a delicate honey finish that complements the crisp bitterness of the hops.
Tasting Notes
Light-bodied and refreshing, with soft floral honey notes, fresh bread crust, gentle citrus and gooseberry aromas from Hallertau Blanc and Saaz hops, finishing crisp, dry and clean.
Perfect Pairings
Ideal with grilled chicken, seafood, fish and chips, pizza, fresh salads or a summer barbecue. Best enjoyed well chilled.

Brewed with British Honey
As beekeepers, honey is at the heart of everything we do. We use authentic British honey to add flavour, body and complexity rather than relying on refined sugars. The result is a pilsner that stays true to style while offering something genuinely distinctive. A subtle honey character that reflects the landscape and the bees that produced it.
